Dr. Melchione: Owner of Blue Ridge Physical Therapy, Bill graduated in 1988 from SUNY Upstate Medical Center with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and in 1999 with an Advanced Masters Degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia. He also received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2010.  Bill is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist by the Board of Specialists of the American Physical Therapy Association. He has worked in many settings throughout his career, with a strong emphasis in orthopedic and sports settings. Bill holds a certificate in manual therapy, fabricates orthotics and oversees the staff mentorship program. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, his church related activities, hunting, weightlifting, and woodworking.
